Satan was created when God created Time. This was a true part of creation. This was not a mistake or oversight by God who is all good. Satan was the necessary back side of construction. But what was his job? He was needed to cause pain, remorse and other mental and emotional upsets. We need him.
Pain tells us we are too close to the fire. Universal pain teaches us love for one another, especially how we react to pain and how we handle it in our lives. Without Satan we could not grow. The good Lord blesses us, directs us and leads us by this Satan. God knew this. The pathway to free ourselves from pain is also given by God who gives us power over Satan. When we sense his action, we can delete him from our being by using God’s authority to rid ourselves of this pain.
Mankind has used its evil will and created evil spirits which have entered this world and cause the same pain; they plague and disrupt our life in a horrible manner. This is a simple but difficult concept to master because we see a good and loving God sending us pain, but this evil is not from God but of MAN. God has overcome the evil of men by giving us the same tool to use to counteract the very real and despicable Satan. Deleting and purging Satan from our being is accomplished by the Word and power of God with prayer, and understanding of God’s Word and promises. God knew this would happen and prepared for it.
All pain does not come from the same source, although it is often linked together in the Ortho-Text as the exorcising procedure is the same. Two different creators but the two “Satans” are tied together because the antidote is the same. We know God wills everything for the good of those who love Him.
