ESSAY 39 – THE HELP OF THE ORTHO-TEXT

Now that the “end of time” is upon us, we humans need all the help we can get to understand what is happening and that we need God’s help in coping. We need to understand the road on which God is taking us and to cooperate with Him and His will for us on an individual basis. God promised us from the beginning He would come again at the end of Time and would reveal Himself to us and so He does. Not in the “Living Word as Christ” as before when He came in person and spoke the Word and performed miracles as His Salvation for man was spelled out for us and illustrated by act as well as Words. God now wants us to see the whole picture of who He is from before Eternity was recognized through the beginning of Time and the great need man had for “The Christ Plan” with the choice of a chosen people.

The “stage was set” for Christ’s entry into Time. Information and knowledge of God’s plan was given accordingly as man grew in knowledge and understanding. When civilization was ready the Christ story was told and reaffirmed by surges of the Spirit who preached again to the gentiles in reformation, charismatic expression and religious warfare. The strength of Easter held men fast in love of God by faith and hope as the “Spirit” triumphed.

God sees the need to now return. Man needs to know more about God’s end for him and the world. Man needs to know what is in store for him.

The aim of the Ortho-Text is not to change or replace any scripture that has been given, but to enlarge, explain and fortify what has gone before. This is the time God has set for the unraveling of time. We need to know and be part of it. We need to personally see and understand what God is doing, and why! We are forearmed and can be prepared for what is going on around us as Time disintegrates. Ecological and other man-made disasters are coupled with political disasters. Satan runs rampant with every conceivable calamity. This is not instantaneous, but a slow unraveling as human life goes on. The knowledge of God and His plan is necessary for man to know at this time.

The Ortho-Text gives us perspective of God as He wrote scripture and revealed of Himself according to man’s perception at that time. Nothing is changed; hold fast to that which you have. The Ortho-Text has the “before-now” and the “after-now” as God moves.
