Be aware of consciousness. It was the first thing we got as Angels and the last thing to retain from “man” in the temporal world. When God created us as His Angels, we were given knowledge of self. This led to our desire to be more like God, pleasing Him and give Him the love that He gave us. We were with Him as He devised His great plan of “TIME”.
When the time was right, God then placed us upon the earth so that we might learn the necessary knowledge to enable us to be like Him and live in His Kingdom of Eternity. Our first consciousness was our Super-Conscious which was in the image of God. It was “Word” to allow for communication with God and each other; and it was “Spirit” to move us in goodness and piety, with joy and creative beauty. Angels were singing as at Christ’s birth.
When an Angel was given human birth he received a new consciousness for use in his human form upon earth. This new consciousness had two parts. A Conscious and a Sub-Conscious. He was given, with the first breath he drew in, an awareness of self and a Sub-Conscious which was to care for his earth consciousness. The baby’s Sub-Conscious immediately started processing physical, mental, and emotional data from the Conscious state to build upon for his entire life.
Everything that ever happens to this child will be stored in his Sub- Conscious and acted upon by this child’s Conscious state of awareness by use of logic and choice. The new Angel on earth now has three states of consciousness. His original Super-Conscious which is now hidden from his consciousness. Along with his acting reason and choice in his Conscious state, his Sub-Conscious stores and qualifies all his physical acts, mental activities and emotional feelings and the choices that he made about all that has ever happened to him. He uses reason to evaluate all that he sees and the ability to make choices accordingly. As he grows these choices and evaluations grow and change as to good or bad. Coincidence sees to it that he is exposed to quality experiences of each kind, good and bad, and by his choice alone he decides what is good for him and what is not good.
His born-in consciousness, a part of his Super-Conscious, is always there if he all but listens. As this Angel grows older and approaches earth’s death, he waits upon the Lord. When his death is eminent, as his consciousness was first to come, it is first to go. The Conscious quits and the Sub-Conscious cannot find it’s consciousness and it may call out to it asking why it is now alone without God; without a consciousness to guide it, it may call out as Christ called from the cross “Where are you my God? Why have you forsaken me?”
The Sub-Conscious is now alone with no reason or choice to direct it, so it goes to the Super-Conscious within itself which is God Himself. The Sub-Conscious now fades too and the Spirit or Super-Conscious alone remains. The angel is now once again united with God back into Eternity taking his earthly Sub-Conscious with all its memories with him. But what if the angel was not seeking after righteousness and had not chosen God? His old Sub-Conscious has not faded into his Super-Conscious. If this Angel has ignored God and His righteousness, God does not know him. He has by his own will chosen the world and its pleasures over God so he cannot return to God and Eternity. His Sub-Conscious is all that is left of him and it has no place to go! It must wander about “Time” forever, always consciously aware of all the PEMP (Physical, Emotional, Mental Pain) it contains. There is no place it can find relief; it joins the world of darkness and forces of evil who hate and persecute us.
