In days of yore, the spirit, mind and body of man was born with the desire to seek righteousness. The Conscious body with its need for growth along with the mind with its urge for knowledge was prompted by the spirit to expand. Communication was all important and men grew with sharing their communications with each other. Words were growing and expanding among men but it was not yet time for “The Word” of God to appear.
God developed many dialects and variations of speech among the people of the world and He spread groups about the world with different speech, customs and spiritual embodiments. This “tower of babel” was important to the singular development of “The Word” which was to come later and bring people back together again. The Conscious body stores all that it hears and feels, along with the choices it has made after the use of reason, logic and other factors have been brought into play. This final decision is stored in the Sub-Conscious mind of the individual according to his present spiritual state. All this life feed-back prepares the mind for acceptance and consideration of “The Word” when it is presented. Past choices and spiritual feelings are built upon, remembered and used to enlarge understanding. Through the use of “choice” we can answer our urge toward righteousness by reading and hearing “The Word” (communication from God) or we can answer this urge by indulging feelings of unrighteousness. Our satisfaction of this “choice” is stored in our Sub-Conscious. By use of inner thoughts, words or remembered feelings, we can at any time communicate with our inner self and assess our own state.
In this morass of human brain and Sub-Conscious activity, how do we find what is “The Word”?
