CHAPTER 3, ESSAY 9 – On Healing, Part 2

With takeoff on death

The Sub C cannot help man with age progression or congenital problems.  These are in-born, inherited characteristics.  They have been programmed into each man’s future.  In addition, there are also the built-in afflictions of Karma.  These are dealt with differently.

When a bodily problem or illness hits a man, he needs to respond with the usual C logical actions.  If the problem gets worse or continues over a long period of time, it needs to be checked out with the Sub C.  Ask if there is something you can do; if the answer is “Yes”, ask what it can be.  You will need to educate yourself to ask the proper questions.  You need a little knowledge of the problem you have confronting you.

Questions could be: “Should I do this or should I do that?” “Should I work or rest?” “Should I take more or less medication?”  “Should I take different medicine or therapy?”  If you have not seen a Doctor, ask if you should go to one.  You might ask also why you are ill.  This could also be an attack by Satan.  He may have found a vulnerable spot to poke at you from a dissipation in which you had indulged that opened you up to Satan’s power.  If you are at fault, make prayerful resolves and ask Sub C’s help as in “On Healing 1”, a previous chapter.

Direct your meditation and prayer toward your Super C and explain exactly why you need and want help.  Be sure you are meek and unselfish in your approach.   Remember your Super C is one with God.  It is that part of God that is always with you, so you are talking to God.  Your complaint is never too small.  Neither is it too large or impossible according to His will.

Check out also if you want to recover too soon or too slow for a selfish reason?  Do you enjoy being a martyr or being waited on?  Do you enjoy the attention you are getting?   Do you need your returning health to live an unselfish and loving life or will you use your returning health for selfish purposes?  You don’t need to make promises, just be sincere.  No one but God is listening.  He may be allowing this illness in your life as a testing to bring you closer to Him, or your illness is being used to bring another closer to Him.  Be open to whatever is God’s will.  You are sick for a reason.  Keep your spirit open to God and you have a clear passageway for your Sub C to work its healing.

When a serious illness strikes, it helps man to clear out Satan’s powers lodged in his Sub C.  Dismiss old angers and held grievances.  Replace with love and understanding.  Many illnesses are given for this reason, to direct man to God.  God uses illness in many ways to renew man.  Man’s spirit is much more important to Him than man’s body.   God gave man a Sub C to care for the health of his body, if only man will cooperate.

Through the Super C in man, his Sub C knows all things.  For this reason it can guide man in his life.  Just ask and it will give you the direction in which you should go.  As it gives you advice and direction in health matters, so it will do in any problem area in your life.  Whenever a decision needs to be made, ask, “should I do (this) or (that)?”  You need to supply the questions and if you do not get an answer, you have not asked the right question.  Be sure to use no pressure, or criticism, or your Sub C will hide.  Lovingly cajole it to answer your yes or no questions until it gets strong enough to talk.  It needs to be sure you will not be impatient or arrogant with it.  Thank it and praise it when it helps you.  You will never be alone and always have a true friend with your best interest in all things.  It has the same qualities that you have, for it is “you”.

We know now how to have our Sub C direct healing to our body and help us in all things.  There may be a time when we need to let go of life to have it.  We must always be prepared to peacefully let go when that time arrives.  Life is a gift and cannot be bartered, demanded or purchased.  Life has been pre-programmed and the C, the Sub C, and the Super C, must go along with that programming.  They assist us on our way to eternity. They help us along the way to undo and cope with Satan’s attacks and point us in the right direction.

When death is inevitable, commit yourself to eternity, and look for God.  Have your battle with death a long time before it is needed, and when the time comes it will be an anti-climax.  This works for both the patient and the loved ones left behind.  Fear makes death traumatic.  Love of God enhances it and beautifies it.
